As more and more consumers are leaning towards plant-based options, more than half of chefs (51%) adding vegan items to their menus to keep up with the trend, up an amazing 31% from last year&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>In the UK, takeaway service Just Eat has shown a growth in the demand for more vegan options of 987% over the last 12 months.
